Stay Nature Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service, smooth departmental coordination, and operational excellence. The Operations Manager will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other operational units to achieve service, financial, and quality goals while supporting the Managing Director in strategic initiatives.

- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Lead, motivate, and support department managers and staff to achieve high service standards.

- Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with proven experience in team development.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining service standards.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
