Operations Manager

Reports to: Head of Operations
- Customer Management
- Manage new and existing customer enquiries (phone, email, social media, telegram, in person). Provide school tour for new customers. Manage new student enrolments.
- Student Administration
- Organise student folders, registration forms, incident forms, meeting notes.
- Education Support
- Respond to teacher requests and support them in their role. Understand and be able to communicate the curriculum offered at the school
- Human Resources
- Participate in interviews for new staff, Organise new staff information in staff file and on management system, Organise required documentation required for new staff including medical insurance, visa, work permits, Manage and update School staffing schedules. Contribute to staff performance reviews, Update staff joiner / staff leaver documentation
- Facilities management
- Manage facilities and housekeeping staff to ensure a safe and clean school environment
- Third party supplier management
- Liaise with all 3rd parties for the services they provide to the school
- Relevant University Degree
- Proficient level of English/Khmer (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Experience with managing a team (preferred)
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic

Academic Assistant

Reports to: Deputy Head and Headteacher
Job Overview
The Academic Admin Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Deputy and Headteacher to ensure the smooth operation of the school’s daily activities. This role requires exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive approach to managing tasks and maintaining confidentiality. The Academic Admin Assistant will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, organising events, and assisting with school-wide initiatives, including supporting marketing activities that strengthen the school’s image and community engagement.
- The Academic Assistant supports the Deputy Headteacher and Headteacher with:
- Academic scheduling and timetabling.
- Preparation, organisation, and filing of academic documents, reports, and assessment records.
- Administrative support for academic meetings, such as the preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- General Administrative support including photocopying, laminating, preparing school resources.
- Book and resource cataloguing and support with the library collection.
- Coordination of the collection, organisation, and deployment of teaching resources, exam papers, and lesson materials.
- Communication between teachers, students, parents, and the wider community in relation to academic matters and school events.
- Preparation and distribution of report cards, certificates, and academic notices.
- Support the arrangement and organisation of school meetings, staff development sessions, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events as required.
- Preparation and scheduling of social media content, newsletters, and other publications that highlight the school’s achievements and culture.

- Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in an academic, school, or educational environment.
- Experience in preparing and publishing newsletters, social media content, or other communications.
