Operation Supervisor
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Leader: Set targets, delegate responsibilities and motivate the team to get the task done as planned and
- ensure smooth operations through managing and supervise all tasks to be done on time with effectiveness,
- efficiency & total quality control
- Inspector: Guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency for day-to-day operations
- HR: Recruit, advise, train, observe staff performance, attendance and core value to MST Team
- Parking Services: Ensure secure parking services for all staff and customers with enough available space
- and control the number of parking daily and generate reports to the immediate supervisor or manager
- Security Services: Ensure the best security at all times within and around the school premises. Assure the
- school is ready for emergency, hazards in and out by scheduling to check fire protector, water supply, safety
- exit for emergency purpose, etc…
- Transportation Service: Provide the best transportation service, control and generate students’
- information, and school buses are in good maintenance, care, and ready to operate with the highest quality at
- all times by executing checkup, cleaning, and filling in gas services and scheduling
- Hygiene: Ensure all building facilities are clean at all times including offices, classrooms, floor, restroom,
- stocks, parking area and others
- Maintenance Service: Organized facilities maintenance services schedule to fix chairs, desks, air
- conditioners, lockers, wall and other facilities, etc… Ensure the quality of all facilities such as electric
- generator, elevator, etc… are in good maintenance and ready to be used.
- Stock: Manage items including keeping all record of utilities and facilities stock in and stock out
- Training or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Technician, MEP, Site Operation, or another related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, administrative building maintenance, Team lead MEP Technician, Site Operation, HR & Admin, or facilities management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Senior Operation Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Building Maintenance & Facilities Management, oversee building maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Coordinate and ensure safety regulations.
- Staff Supervision, organize tasks, control and support for cleaners, security, drivers, and maintenance staff. Assign tasks, set schedules, and provide training.
- School Administrative Operation Support, assist with budgets request, maintain records, and support school events.
- Ensure safe, clean & hygiene, and daily operation goes smoothly
- Training or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Technician, MEP, Site Operation, or another related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, administrative building maintenance, Team lead MEP Technician, Site Operation, HR & Admin, or facilities management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Procurement Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Overseeing and supervising employees and all the activities of the purchasing department.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- . Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- . Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and report
- Respect and act according to school’s vision, mission, goals, all management system, policies and guidelines
- Conduct, attend all meeting & training required by the organization
- Cooperate well with other departments and Campuses
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the immediate manager
- Perform other duties as required.
Office Assistant
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Provide administrative support to the Operation & Site Manager.
- Welcome Customers & Answer phone call properly.
- To assist administrative document and assist operation team in daily work.
- Prepare forms such as change orders, purchase orders and others.
- Execute clerical and general office duties, including setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, and ordering office supplies.
- Manage fix-asset and stationery.
- Other tasks Assigned by management.
- High school diploma is required; additional college education (associate degree or bachelor’s degree) is valuable.
- At least 1 year of administrative experiences.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is desired but not required.
- Good time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Be able to use computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
