The daily operations of a company's logistics department are under the control of operations managers. They frequently oversee a group of workers who deal with everything, from locating raw materials to delivering finished goods to customers.
Creating and implementing new processes or procedures that will boost productivity, cut expenses, or generally simplify the movement of commodities through their business may also fall within the purview of operations.
- Work together with other business partners as needed to meet consumer needs, to seize sales opportunities, or to lessen the effects of shortages on a business.
- Gain knowledge of the demands of the customers and take steps to meet those needs.
- Create and use technical project management tools, such as responsibility and compliance matrices, plans, and schedules.
- Oversee team operations, create task priorities, plan and track work assignments, give direction, and ensure that resources are available.
- Keep in touch with important employees of a client who are involved in or directly related to a logistics operation and foster these ties.
- Report on the plans, status, and outcomes of the project.
- Compare customer feedback on logistics performance to goals, standards, and service agreements.
- Advice and direction on warehouse usage, logistics, pallet management, transport costs, etc. should be given to corporate managers and employees.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience as a warehousing or similar role in logistics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Honesty and responsibility.
- Good communication and teamwork
Sale Supervisor (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Consider potential customers, get ready for their visit, convince them, open an account, take their orders, and develop a rapport with them. Report frequently with the potential to manage issues.
- Observe response messages Key account, orders from several channels, and inquiries (social media, phone, message others)
- Actively seeking out sales prospects through relationships and visits.
- Prepare a quote, contract, account opening form, special price, and follow-up order, among other tasks as requested by sales; processing purchase orders from consumers and coordinating with the logistics department to ensure prompt delivery of purchased products.
- Aiding the month-end price update (for trade and consumer).
- Inform and update clients with company news.
- Send and distributing quotes.
- Response to customer complaints.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of the company's products and assisting clients in making the best choices based on their needs and requirements.
- Simple marketing activities to assist the sales teams.
- Ensuring that credit notes concerns are promptly and effectively handled and that they are properly recorded.
- Pursuing sales queries made by prospective clients via social media, emails, and incoming calls.
- A bachelor's degree and/or another comparable professional qualification.
- Persuasion, elegance, and good manners are crucial for this position
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the support functions for sales, logistics, or the supply chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent for speaking and writing English (Chinese is plus).

- At least 2 years’ experience of warehousing and logistics; managerial experience.
