Overall Purpose of the Role:
Your main duties and responsibilities is to ensure compliance to all legal requirements, workplace safety & health policies & procedures and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene at the workplace
- Maintain/improve service quality through service agreed standard
- Perform daily site visit
- Monitor day to day operation and find solution to execute on time
- Support in implementing of best practice in Janitorial Standard
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Management on Quality Services on Site
- Control manpower on sites the accurate headcount in the contract
- Planning Schedule and Training
- Organize the shortage replacement on site
- Control Sub expend and stock Management
- Report to Client &General Manager
- Check and Report all Equipment with client
- Handle client complaint recording and inform General Manager
- Other task will be assigned by Manager
