Operation Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Coordinate with other departments to meet the customers’ needs.
- Document & Records: Prepare and manage all necessary shipping and logistics documentation including AWB, B/L, Invoices, Packing lists, and clearance forms.
- Client & Agent Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients, overseas agents, and partners to track shipments, solve issues, and ensure service satisfaction.
- End-to-End shipment coordination: Handle all operational aspects of air, sea and land freight shipments, including booking, documentation, clearance, and delivery follow-up.
- Problem Resolution: Handle exceptions or delays in a timely manner, resolve operational issues efficiently to maintain service integrity.
- At least 1 year up experience in logistics/freight forwarding with a solid background in handing airfreight, sea freight, and lad freight.
- Good in English
- Good in Microsoft word and excel/ google sheet
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
