Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities

It remains privately owned and funded and has developed into one of the leading providers of Freight Forwarding/Logistics services, covering all aspects of the industry.It has grown a particularly strong in both Air & Ocean freight solutions for importing to Cambodia and exporting out of Cambodia to everywhere in the world. We are very proud of our long-term links to several internationally known names and brands.We are seeking Cambodia staff to full fill position as below:
- Tracking daily shipment and update tracking.
- Contact with customer/factory to get shipping and customs document.
- Prepare document for customs permit application.
- Truck plan for loading and unloading.
- Tracking customs document for signature.
- Pre-alert arrive notice to customer.
- Other documental operation to be assigned by manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent plus a minimum of 1-2 year’s related experience in logistics and forwarding company preferred.
- Experience on document operation.
- Good command of English
- Can Speak Chinese is prefer.
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications
- Willing to be our long-term staff/ team
- Must have exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team.
- Must be an honest, hardworking and punctual person.
