- Assist the branch manager to manage, organize, and implement on the operations of the branch;
- Help to develop and implement on objectives, and operation strategies for each branch;
- Assist the branch manager with tasks to ensure that all actions and operations comply with established policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist the branch manager to manage and organize daily operations of the branch;
- Provide day to day direct supervision on the operations of each department in order to ensure effectiveness and transparency.
- Assist the branch manager in establishing the branch's financial plan to align with the company's master development and operational plans.
- Assist the branch manager to report of the monthly operation
- Assist the branch manager to implement on the internal auditing works of the branch as well as the company;
- Assist the branch manager to negotiate directly with all suppliers of the branch;
- Assist the branch manager to manage and monitor on the implementation of salary payment of the branch;
- Act on behalf of the branch manager during his/her absent of more than 5 days;
- Report directly to the branch manager;
- Perform accordance with the procedures and internal policies of the company;
- Assist Branch Manage to prepare maintenance plan and budget plan
- Assigned additional task by the Branch Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or a related field
- 2 or 3 years of experience in related work.
- Can drive the Truck and Driving License type “C” or “D” is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) with massive data.
- Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline
- Good interpersonal Communication and problem-solving skill
- Confident and self-motivated
- Able to write, read and speak in English.
- Work independence and self-management, Excellent teamwork and team building skills
- Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
Customer Service/Sales (10 Positions)
