Operation Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects to ensure efficiency, quality, and timelines
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and site teams
  • Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements
  • Resolve operational issues and support site management teams
  • Report operational performance to senior management
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Work History:
  • Experience in operations or project management (construction industry preferred) for 5 years as a minimum

  • Good communication skills in Khmer and English
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

Accounting Supervisor

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Income and Expense: Ensure all expense and income report by campuses to be done on time 
  • Tax: Ensure declare tax on salary, income and expense on time and not fine from government
  • Finance: Compile and present reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements. Financial forecasting and risk analysis. Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Asset: Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Audit: Do internal and external audit
  • Government: Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor law requirements by government, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings
  • Document Management: Prepare, manage & Archive all documents both hard & soft. Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records. Develop all procedures which are relevant to Accounting Management 
  • Confidential: Responsible for a secure and confidential staff and teachers’ salary services including paycheck, deposit and other fees. Secures financial information and other confidential data
  • Payroll: Ensure all staff and teachers received their paycheck on time and correct (twice per month)
  • Teamwork & motivation: promote positivity, teamwork, challenging working environment, engagement, involvement, team spirit, and growth for all teachers, students and academic team
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Work History:
  • Accounting experience (construction experience is an advantage) for 3 to 5 years

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation
  • Experience in supervising or leading a small accounting team
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
 
 

Accounting Assistant

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily accounting transactions and data entry
  • Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices

  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
  • Support accounting supervisor with other assigned tasks
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:

Senior Procurement Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing to ensure best value
  • Prepare, review, and process purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documents
  • Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and reliability
  • Manage supplier relationships and resolve delivery or quality issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules to avoid supply disruption

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and record construction materials and equipment
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
  • Issue materials to construction sites based on approved requests
  • Coordinate with procurement and site teams
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
  • Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
Work History:
  • At least of experience in stock or inventory control (construction preferred) for 2 years
