Online Vehicle Dispatchers

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Business Administration, Communications
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $450 - $750
Position Summary

The position work from home from 9pm to 6am with 1 hour break to join our young and growing team as soon as possible.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch vehicles and update its status including photos
  • Manage dispatching costs within the budget
  • Update costs and verify payments
  • Follow up auctions on pick up slips, titles and its delivery
  • Follow up with the drivers and warehouses for vehicle delivery and photos
  • Be a contact point between operational team, drivers, auctions and warehouses
  • Perform other work as required from the management from time to time

  • Problem solving skill
  • Can work overtime or shift work but can work from anywhere or on the go at night-time
 
 

Shipping Officer

Position Circumstances

  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable
Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vehicle loading plans and instructions for warehouses and vessels
  • Book and manage vessel schedules
  • Process export custom clearance and submit shipping instructions
  • Be a contact point between operational team, accounting team, warehouses and vessel companies
  • Check and respond to emails or chats at night-time for urgent work
  • Check and verify invoices from vendors and vessels
  • Perform other work as required or assigned additionally from the management from time to time

Operations Officer

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Key in vehicles into the system for invoicing
  • Upload warehouse and loading photos
  • Update container arrivals and plan for unloading
  • Take unloading photos and prepare a compensation report
  • Prepare a list of frame and engine numbers for tax paper
  • Provide customer service and support whenever required
  • Raise relevant tickets to related departments for any issues beyond control
  • Perform other work as required from the management from time to time

Direct Reporting: Admin and Accounting Supervisor

Head of Department: Accounting Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide courtesy services and answer all customers’ inquiries and complaints
  • Raise relevant tickets to related departments for any issues beyond control
  • Collect feedback and provide a summary to the management
  • Be a central contact point between customers and various departments
  • Perform other work as required from the management from time to time
