Online Vehicle Dispatchers (2 Positions)
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Working Hour: Work from home from 9pm to 8am

- Working desk, chair, phone, printer, Internet will be provided
- Post cars onto the online dispatching systems and assign them to the drivers in USA
- Update costs in the system and verify payments
- Follow up auctions on car titles and delivery arrangement
- Follow up with the drivers and warehouses for car delivery and photos
- Be a contact point between operational team, drivers, auctions and warehouses
- Perform other work as required from the management from time to time
- Degree or Diploma in English
- 1-3 year working experience in call center, telephone operator or customer service or reception
- Good level of English communication such as listening, writing and speaking
- Customer Service oriented
- Overtime or shift work is required during holidays in Cambodia but can work from anywhere or on the go at night time
