Online Sales Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Develop online sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Update, create, and manage product descriptions, and product shootings for online shopping platforms such as Website, Social Media, Mobile App etc.
- Train online sales team through presentation or workshop.
- Communicate and explain product knowledge with customers through phone, e-mails, comment, and chats professionally.Build trust and foster relationship with customer to be recognized as a premium e-commerce in Cambodia.
- Conduct online research, in order to understand marketing and sale strategies from all major ecommerce retailers.
- Collaborate with sales teams, design teams, and management to ensure that you are offering the best customer service, content, and product to the customer.
- Check and approve with online sales team regarding, contenting, commenting and product-detailing. Ensure that no error or mistake happens.
- Draft and implement online policies.
- Arrange and manage delivery schedule and transportation.
- Record daily, weekly, monthly sales and reports to management.
- Manage and train online sales team to ensure they understand product knowledge, sales online policy, and workflow.
- Manage and arrange staff roster and schedule.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management team.
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or any relevant field
- At least 1-year proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online business or similar work experiences
- Must be able to understand e-commerce, online business and its process
- Be able to lead a team and achieve result
- Good computer skill: Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail
- Good command in English and Khmer both speaking and writing
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
Area Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Manage business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goals
- Evaluate division sales performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements
- Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed
- Identify resources, assign workloads and manage schedules to ensure enough manpower
- Ensure that team work in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation promotion, retention and termination activities
- Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate trainings to team
- Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency
- Oversee staffing adjustments to obtain maximum productivity
- Recommend cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality
- Develop new business programs to meet productivity and revenue goals
- Provide guidance to team members and monitor their performance, discipline and attendance on regular basis
- Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans
- Minimum 2 or 3 years’ operation management experiences in retails industry, preferable modern business.
- Skill in managing the review, negotiation and execution
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Mature, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Responsible, excellent time management, well-organized and with strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in using computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken & written English and/or Chinese is a plus.

Store Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - To transmit the company culture to the team
- Organize and distribute tasks to each task member
- Ensure that all staff follow and respect ZANDO’s standards of customer service
- Hold daily meeting with staff to encourage communications and continually advise staff on how to increase sales
- Monitor and motivate staff and support their development and training
- Work with ZANDO Management on increasing sales and implementing promotions
- Provide the best possible customer service
- Continually monitor sales and customer profiles and regularly report back to ZANDO Management
- Be familiar with the collection and customers; use this knowledge to increase sales
- Support in customer sales at peak times
- Ensure a strong communication with Management at Head Office
- Inform Management at Head Office of anything that has a major impact on the store and/or its sales
- Monitor mannequins, window display and the keeping of the brand’s standard at all times
- Monitor furniture condition and shop maintenance
- Responsible for stock control mechanisms to prevent loss or theft
- Monitor all cash handling procedures
- Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, or relevant field
- Proven experience in management or leadership is a plus

Assistant Store Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through good services
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards if necessary
- Propose innovative ideas for the benefits and improvements of the company
- Lead the leadership team in the absence of your Branch Manager
- Provide both direct and indirect reports to positively impact the team, operations and profitability of your store
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc...)
- Be a role model of well behavior and high performance
- Perform additional store manager duties and assist in ad-hoc projects and administration duties if needed
- Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, or relevant field

- Work closely with interior design team and marketing team to develop design concept
- Improve the look, usage, and safety of interior spaces
- Create and improve the concept and maintain on new trend in the interior design
- Enhance all aspects of the space, including color, lighting, textures, furniture etc.
- Assess and meet the needs of the company and customers
- Make captivating and curb appeal environment through fashion store
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, artistic ability, vision, and creativity
- Similar occupations in Architect, fashion designer, floral designer, graphic designer
- Bachelor's degree; additional certification and training if any
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- 1-year experience or fresh graduate college students are encouraged
