Job Overview
The On-Trade Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships, and increasing brand visibility within the on-trade channel (bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, and entertainment venues). - Develop and manage strong relationships with on-trade accounts, including bars, clubs, restaurants, lounges, and hotels.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Negotiate and implement commercial agreements, including pricing, promotions, and activations.
- Work closely with trade marketing teams to plan and execute brand activations, promotions, and events at partner venues.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure proper visibility, product availability, and brand presence in all assigned outlets.
- Conduct regular outlets visits to build rapport, ensure compliance, and support brand growth

- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years in retail or sales management, preferably in premium or expatriate-focused outlets (preferably in FMCG / Retail / Distribution).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).

Kingdom Drinks is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and on-ground brand activations. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will assist in coordinating marketing projects that require cross-functional collaboration between Marketing and Sales. You will also take the lead on assigned activations and projects, including visiting outlets during events to ensure smooth execution and brand presence, as per the plan provided by the Head of Marketing.
- Campaign and Activation Support: Assist in rolling out marketing initiatives and promotions across digital, trade, and on-ground channels.
- Project Coordination: Help manage marketing tasks and timelines, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams.
- On-Ground Event Execution: Act as the lead during outlet activations, roadshows, and similar events, ensuring setup, branding, and execution run according to plan.
- Reporting and Feedback: Ensure activation KPIs are met. Gather updates, photos, and results from campaigns and activations. Provide timely feedback to improve future planning.
