Officer, Enrichment
The officer, Enrichments is tasked with overseeing the After School Care programme and collaborates closely with Supervisor, Enrichment to support enrichment operations, ensuring student safety, efficient administrative processes, and effective communication.
- Develop and conduct a daily After School Care programme, mark student attendance, ensure duty of care during the programme, and manage proper student dismissal procedures.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor, to enhance the efficiency of enrichment operations. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing billing forms and verifying quotations.
- Making cold calls to potential leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Creating and managing communication channels, such as Telegram groups for enrichment programmes.
- Following up on customer payments and creating attendance lists for classes and programs.
- Assisting with the dismissal process in weekday enrichment programmes.
- Monitoring the conduct and attendance of enrichment and bridging classes held on Saturdays.
- Work closely with the Student Affairs team to provide support for Student Affairs services, focusing on the needs of High School and Senior High School students and their parents:
- Assisting in responding to inquiries from both students and parents.
- Handling requests for administrative letters, including verification letters, enrollment records, and recommendation letters.
- Coordinating with parents regarding student attendance, ensuring timely communication.
- Assisting at the main counter to handle general administrative tasks, address parents’ inquiries, assist students, and attend to visitors.
- Assisting in scheduling appointments for Student Welfare meetings with Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM).
- Facilitating communication between parents, teachers, and students and handling matters related to lost locker keys, forgotten snacks, student schedules, accidents, and parent feedback.
- Keeping the students/parents on Engage up to date.
- Provide general secretarial and clerical support as needed, including minute-taking during meetings.
- Perform other functions as necessary or assigned by the Supervisor.
- Academic Education / Training / Experience
- Diploma or Degree in English Language, Business Administration, Education, or related fields from a recognised institution
- Proficiency in English and Khmer (Spoken and Written), Chinese is plus
- Experience in School administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Teaching Assistant
To work with the Pre School staff, Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy Co., Ltd. (SCIA). Teaching Assistant is reporting to Senior, Teaching Assistant-Early Childhood and is responsible for:
- Assisting Teachers in delivering effective learning to students
- Preparing classroom and materials to standards set by Teachers.
- Keeping classroom clean, organised and tidy.
- Managing classroom displays and decoration.
- Monitoring the progress of students and discussing issues with Teachers.
- Supervising students outside of class time, during lunch, nap time playground time, arrival and dismissal. Students are never to be left unattended.
- Monitoring students’ well-being and motivating them to achieve their goals.
- Working with others to ensure efficient day to day running of Pre School class.
- Adhering to hygiene standards.
- Attend training to enhance professional development.
- Maintaining the safety of students.
- Coordination of in-school special events and celebration days.
- Assist in After-school care programme.
- Assumes the roles of a teacher when a teacher is out of the classroom.
- Interpret for the teachers during PTM sessions when needed.
- Assists and helps in events when deployed.
- Performing other functions as necessary or as assigned by Reporting Officer or Heads of Division
- Assisting Head of Division in any projects or tasks in relation to company goals and objectives.
- Participating in all School-wide events.
- Academic Education / Training / Experience
- Completed High School education.
- Degree preferred, in any field.
- Strong knowledge of childcare and Early Years education
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Early Years education institutions.
