Office Assistant
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Assist Cambodia Manager, Operation Assistance Manager, and Chief Of Accountant whenever requested
- Assist in reservation field includes restaurants, quadbike, phare circus, gondola boat, helicopter, boat, tickets, etc
- Assist in operation field by confirming bookings to sales in Hanoi/SGN
- Reconfirm air-ticket and bus ticket, entrance ticket with airline and suppliers
- Reconfirm and call guides/driver/supplier to receive documents/tour elements from office before guests’ arrival
- Prepare and deliver office supplies (water, towel, post guide, quiet Vox, sim card, gift, etc..) to the guides/drivers/suppliers
- File a monthly tour remark/guest feedback and report to Branch Manager for review
- Escort FAM trip and inspect hotels/ tour destinations and update teams
- Create new products/destinations and quote them if necessary, for our sales team
- Respond to sales team’s questions about tourism destinations, availabilities, prices etc.
- Cooperate as a teamwork with all members in Aurora Travel
- Required Skills/Experience
- Good command of English is a must: speaking, writing and listening.
- Knowledge of computer/laptop with Microsoft Office
- Education Required
- Associate/Bachelor preferably.
