Office Administrator
Starting date of position – as soon as possible

- Manage with administrative and legal tasks as they arise and liaise with different government offices (social security, tax office, ministries etc.)
- Provide general administrative support for various HR processes, projects, and office administration
- Carrying out various administrative tasks considering our procurement policy and other relevant policies, such as:
- Purchase stationary and other assets
- Make travel arrangements (e.g. flight, car and hotel bookings)
- Office Site Management (maintenance, repairs, and renovations)
- Manage the car fleet, car insurance, road tax
- Organise and manage reports, invoices, contracts, and financial files for easy accessibility
- Oversee and manage inventory and procurement processes to ensure that necessary resources are purchased within budget limits
- Help to organise and execute special events and meetings
- Coordinate group health check-ups, manage health and travel insurance procurement
- Support general administrative needs, including the preparation of internal documentation
- Run various errands and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Finance and Office Administration
- Education and work experience
- A strong interest in working for an NGO and contributing to our vision and mission
- A Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent education
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of office administration or a similar field
- Hard skills
- Knowledge about labor law, social security scheme, and personal income tax system in Cambodia
- Experience in dealing with government offices and other stakeholders
- Solid IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point, E-mail)
- Soft skills

- Great interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills

- Khmer mother tongue
- Intermediate level in written and verbal English language skills
