Position Circumstances

Key Results:
Support team members, able to deliver good services meeting customer requirements.
Working Condition:
- Monday to Friday + Saturday (half day)
- Working time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Holiday, in accordance with Ministry of Labor Announcement and code
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Tracking Air/Sea / Import/ Export shipment progress
- Monitoring shipment from loading to arrival destination.
- All shipping advice/ pre-alert with supporting docs are printed out and properly filed and accurate
- Ensuring that all shipments have been handled with smooth situation for both import/export and special instruction
- Contact with carrier to get booking and release booking to customer
- Ensure the assigned team understand customer requirements, SOP compliance.
- Manage team performance.
- Support team, ensure team provide solution to customer timely.
- Provide training, ensure team have standard knowledge to perform assigned tasks.
- Support management on data analysis and process improvement.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field equivalent.
Work History:
- Plus Logistics industry or related for 1 to 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Good command English
- Excellent computer skills - Ms Word, Excel, Internet email
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
