We are seeking an experienced Night Auditor / Receptionist to join our Front Office team onboard the Scenic Spirit and Emerald Harmony. This is a full-time position working onboard on either ship along the Mekong River. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver courteous, professional service to guests during night shift hours
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Conduct regular safety and security checks throughout the shift
- Monitor access to ensure only authorised individuals enter or exit the vessel
- Perform administrative tasks such as wake-up calls, guest materials, and reports
- Maintain a clean and secure Front Desk area overnight
- Coordinate with departments as needed and support morning preparations
- Participate in scheduled safety drills and report any hazards
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or cruise ship Front Desk role
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office
- Confidence in handling safety and guest security procedures
- Able to work independently and stay focused overnight
- Experience working in a multicultural team environment
- Well-organised, disciplined, and proactive in problem-solving
