Duties
  • Planning and preparing courses and lessons;
  • Assisting the students by writing student reports;
  • Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of students;
  • Communicating and consulting with the parents of students;
  • Maintaining good order and discipline among students in accordance with school policies;
  • Participating, if required, in planning staff development and performance review;
  • Performing other relevant and assigned teacher related tasks
Requirements
  • Hold Bachelor Degree in TEFL or equivalent certificate;
  • 1 or 2 year(s) of experience of English teaching;
  • Be creative, energetic, outgoing with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Able to teach a variety of students and interact well with students, parents and colleagues;
  • Able to work independently and with a team

Report to: Marketing Director

Duties
  • Execute sales plan; organizing sales visits
  • Collect all the useful data for the sales plan and useful networking events to promote our educational programs and services
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Initiate marketing strategies or campaigns to promote existing products
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications with the customer service
  • Analyzing monthly sales results (closed deal) and customer enquiry activity to gauge marketing effectiveness and to identify future trends and business opportunities
  • Assisted in photo and video tasking with team if required
  • Contact and reach out for sponsors for school events
Requirements
  • Having minimum 1-year of related work experiences in sale and Marketing
  • Holding at least a Bachelor’s Degree of related fields or equivalent certificate
  • Possessing ability to work with diver groups and various clients or companies
  • Having ability to fluently use English (advantage if applied)
