National Technical Assistant (1 Position)
National Technical Assistant for Capacity building on curriculum evaluation/Action Research/Report publication.
Contract Duration
The consultancy service is for 12 months with annual performance review. The contract may be extended depending on, performance of the consultant, the needs of the project and availability of funds.
- Educational Background: Minimum of a master’s degree or equivalent in Curriculum Evaluation, Action Research, Report Publication, Education, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Assessment, Curriculum Evaluation, Action Research, Report Publication, or related areas.
- Technical Expertise in Curriculum Development: Strong background in curriculum development, including the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs.
- Curriculum Evaluation and Assessment: Extensive experience in curriculum evaluation, including developing assessment frameworks, conducting evaluations, and interpreting data for continuous improvement.
- Action Research and Report Publication: Demonstrated ability to conduct action research and produce high-quality research reports for educational stakeholders.
- Knowledge of National and International Curriculum Frameworks: In-depth understanding of national and international curriculum standards, including their implementation and alignment with educational best practices.
- Leadership and Capacity Building: Strong skills in mentoring, training, and capacity building for education professionals.
- Language and Communication Skills: Fluency in both English and Khmer, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Digital and Analytical Skills: Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email, Internet, and other educational technology tools.
- Professional Competencies: High level of professional ethics, integrity, and a results-oriented mindset.
