National Intern in PR and Communications
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time National Intern in PR and Communications to support the PR and communication activities of both projects. The internship will be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and will last for six (6) months, from September 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026.

- The main tasks of the position include:
- Assist in implementing the project’s communication and visibility plan, including content creation for social media, newsletters, and other platforms
- Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and promotional activities
- Help draft press releases, media materials, and internal communication content
- Capture and organize photography for events and field activities; maintain media archives
- Contribute to media monitoring, outreach, and analysis of communication performance
- Provide general administrative and logistical support to the communications team
- Required Entry Qualifications and Competencies
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Interest in public relations, media outreach, and event coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Basic photography and/or photo editing skills are an advantage
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team-oriented environment
