National Intern for CAPSAFE
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team. The focus areas are the Cashew nut value chain and the Pepper value chain in Kampot province, Cambodia.

- Support Technical Advisors (TAs) on cashew nut and pepper value chain development activities
- Regular field visits working closely with target Agricultural Cooperatives and Producer Groups to support capacity development and contract farming activities
- Support TAs at field level in capacity development activities as training, data collection, technical advisory support and report challenges of production
- Support in organizing trainings or any capacity development activities where necessary both at provincial level and community levels
- Support the follow up of demo farms progress to ensure proper application of techniques
- Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by the TAs.
- Undergraduate (or recent graduate) in Communications, Public Relations, Design Business Administration, Agronomy or a related field
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation tools. Interest in public relations, media, or content creation, with any prior experience in these areas considered an advantage
- Confident use of the MS Office suite and related programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to support in field visits with the project team
- Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interest in community development and sustainable agriculture- and food-systems to contribute to GIZs vision of sustainable development

- Support daily operations, preparing meetings, updating project calendars, assisting with event organization, maintaining databases, and contributing to the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system.
- Assistance in managing photography for events, field visits and other related activities, including taking photos and organizing files
- Support Technical Advisors (TAs) on value chain development activities
- Support with the team with administrative tasks as needed

This internship focuses on public relations and communication, offering the opportunity to work closely on knowledge-sharing materials, social media content, and visibility activities that help drive the project's impact forward.
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time national intern with a focus on PR and Communications to join our team. The intern will support the development of knowledge-sharing materials and social media marketing efforts to enhance the current outreach and facilitate future growth of the project, based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

- Media & Stakeholder Management: Keep contact lists of stakeholders and media up to date; help monitor project activities and media coverage. Update on communication outcomes and propose improvement measures.
- Translation & Admin Support: Provide interpretation and translation between Khmer and English during meetings and for written documents; assist with taking meeting minutes and preparing basic reports.
- General Support: Perform other projects and cluster tasks assigned by the project manager .
- Potential new work packages proposed by the intern in close coordination with the project team.
