Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in electronic engineering, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), or related fields
Work History:
- Experience in educational/institutional management and training development within the ICT and Electronics sectors for 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 projects) demonstrating strong Public Relations with both government and private sector stakeholders within the ICT/Electronics industries.
- Excellent professional communication and report-writing skills in English, with a strong command of both English and Khmer.
- Partnership & Development Experience: Experience in developing tailor-made training programs and managing public relations with International Development Partners (such as WB, ADB, UN, JICA, KOICA) and International NGOs.
