The Royal Government of Cambodia has received funding through a Grant (JFPR 9226-CAM) from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Community-Based Tourism COVID-19 Recovery Project. The Office of the Council of Ministers, the Civil Society Alliance Forum (CSAF) as the Executing Agencies (EA) of the Project intend to use part of this Grant towards the cost for the recruitment of consulting services for project implementation consultants to support the EA and IAs implement the project. In this respect, the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) established under the EA hereby invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for this assignment.
Position of Individual Consultant: CSAF-CS09: National Civil Engineer

Input: 3.5 person-months over 14 calendar months
This assignment will be recruited following Individual Consultants Selection (ICS) procedures and the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrower, available from the ADB website
