Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and approve concept designs and shop drawings to ensure they meet all technical specifications, quality standards, aesthetics, occupant comfort, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness.
- Review and approve design calculations, shop drawings, and material submittals before submitting them to clients or consultants.
- Check studying and analyze of designer team to ensure the final design achieves high quality, practical usability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Review and manage design revisions accurately and within the required timeframe.
- Manage the design team's work schedule and ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed before the deadline.
- Provide work and technical training to subordinates to continuously improve their skills
- Review performance reports from subordinates and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Calculate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project and review BOQs prepared by subordinates.
- Provide value engineering solutions to minimize project costs without compromising on quality or safety.
- Conduct on-site inspections to compare the final design with actual site installations, especially when design modifications or errors occur.
- Analyze and understand client requirements to translate them into practical design solutions.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, and the site execution team on all technical matters.

Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Work History:
- MVAC (Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Design for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD 2D.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and air conditioning systems.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
Soft Skills

MVAC Site Engineer
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan site operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within the designated deadlines
- Prepare and update project schedules, and measure actual work performance against planned milestones
- Inspect the quality of work on-site in compliance with the evaluation forms provided by the Site Manager.
- Monitor technicians' work to guarantee that all air conditioning installations strictly adhere to proper technical standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and general day-to-day problems arising at the construction site
- Review and approve material and equipment requests submitted by the foreman, then forward them to the procurement department
- Supervise system testing procedures to ensure they are accurately executed according to technical specifications
- Provide weekly technical training and skills updates to the technician team
- Inspect the site, verify blueprints, collaborate with the foreman on shop drawings, and send updates to the Design team to reflect actual site conditions.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and overtime reports for the Site Manager’s review and final decision
- Send report for daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the Project Manager's review
- Site Safety Enforcement of technician
- Compile Overtime Approval Routing to site manager and project manager
- Prepare Testing & Commissioning (T&C) records, handover documents, as-built drawings, and delivery/acceptance certificates.
- Evaluate the foreman's daily logs and make necessary corrections if omissions or inaccuracies are identified

Work History:
- Solid understanding of air conditioning systems. for 2 years as a minimum

- Proficiency in computer skills and office software, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD 2D.
- Clear knowledge of installation techniques and the operating systems of air conditioning units.
- Ability to speak and write in English.
