MVAC Design Engineer
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Design and Take off BoQ of MVAC system in residential, commercial and industrial building.
- Ensuring professional quality services in all facets of work.
- Mentor technical staff assigning duties as required.
- Analysis of project needs and strongly solving problem.
- Do shop drawing to consultant and team.
- Report to Engineer Manager.
- Strong in using Auto CAD, Ms. office
- Be able to work as a team and go to support site team.
- Good at English reading writing speaking listening.
- 1 or 2 years' experience in MVAC or any similar role (Strong knowledge in Ventilation system is priority)
- Be able to work overtime (sometimes)
HVAC Installation Manager
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and repairs of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Supervise multiple installation technicians
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Facilitate in office and on the job training for installation technicians
- Track all equipment and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned including occasional overtime
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in installing HVAC equipment and in a supervisory role
- Ability to competently install HVAC systems
- Ability to handle physical workload including high heat and tight work spaces
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Have good PC skills and HVAC software skills A+
- Universal EPA card required
- Any nationalities
