Modern Trade Sales Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop sales opportunities with existing and new modern trade customers.
- Negotiate product listings, pricing, promotions, and display agreements.
- Increase product distribution and SKU availability across assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure timely order processing and product replenishment.
- Ensure products are displayed according to company merchandising standards.
- Monitor shelf availability, product rotation (FIFO), pricing, and stock levels.
- Coordinate promotional activities, sampling events, and in-store campaigns.
- Improve product visibility through secondary displays and promotional placements.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Collect customer feedback and market information.
- Provide recommendations to improve sales performance and market share.
- Prepare sales forecasts and account development plans.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns with key customers.
- Ensure smooth execution of customer agreements and promotional programs.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Work History:
- Modern Trade sales, Key Account Management, or FMCG sales for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Modern Trade operations and retail merchandising.
- Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Strong communication skills in Khmer and English.
Soft Skills
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
