Mission Rabies – Campaign Promotion Officer
Benefits and Contract Details:
- $500/month gross for 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
- Short-term employment starting as soon as possible, until 30th November 2025
- Hybrid work location, with roughly 1 day per week at the office

- Work on 29th October (national holiday) is required

- Liaise with an international team, working on social media posts or media engagement strategy
- Manage SNS comments/posts (Facebook and Telegram channel)
- Translate texts from English to Khmer and from Khmer to English
- Work collaboratively with program teams to disseminate the rabies knowledge and key message through social media
- Coordinate with TV stations for opening ceremonies
- Liaise with newspapers/news media for press releases
- Liaise with campaign partners to coordinate the media campaigns
- Respond to public inquiries across all channels
- Aid in the completion of post-project reports
- Fluent in Khmer and English language with the ability to translate texts from English to Khmer and from Khmer to English
- 1+ years’ experience in digital marketing and education
- 1+ years’ experience in multimedia marketing is considered an asset
- Competent technology skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Competent SNS skills including Facebook, Instagram or Telegram
- Demonstration of organisational and self-management ability
- Enthusiasm for education and animal welfare
- An understanding of the Cambodian media consumption
- No criminal record and ability to obtain a police record check within the first month of employment
- No previous employment termination for disciplinary behaviour or bad job performance
- Be able to work independently and with time constraints.
- Be able to communicate issues happening during the project implementation to the international team
