Milk Production Manager
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Schedule : 48 hours per week
Report To : Processing Plant Manager
Department : Processing Plant
Location : Bati district (Phnom Tamao), Takeo province
Job Summary: The Milk Production Manager will support the processing plant department under the leadership of Processing Plant Manager. She or he will mainly be accountable for the production quality, ensuring the smooth daily operation, and follows through on set of safety management system and product quality standards.
- Regularly plan all raw materials, packaging for the production.
- To ensure all the machineries function well, and manage the maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee the in-house stocks, loading, and PO verification.
- To supervise all production staffs, and interns (around 30 pax).
- To harmoniously collaborate with other department heads for concerning issues such as compliances, audits, reports.
- To plan daily manpower, and overtime prediction in collaboration with HR department.
- Be responsible for staff disciplines, capacity development, and performance review aligning with HR policy and guidelines.
- Be responsible for controlling recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager in a reasonable framework.
- At least bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, dairy technology, agri-industrial engineering, or any related fields.
- 3+ years of production management preferring in food industries.
- Fully understand machinery functions, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Fully understand food safe standard like ISO 22000, HACCP, GHP.
- Excellent communication skills, and attention to details.
- Excellent organizational skills, and ability to make decision on production issues.
- Experience in leading a team of 20 to 30 people.
- Very good in English communication, and computer knowledge.
- An enthusiastic person who works harmoniously with the team and other departments.
