Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned production personnel.
- Review and evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Apply and enforce workplace policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure production schedules are met.
- Act as a key member of a lean manufacturing environment driving continuous improvement activities relating to safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory.
- Direct the department to ensure safe, timely, and efficient completion of manufacturing schedules and communicate daily activities between shifts.
- Develop and maintain a workforce to meet capacity plans and work with other departments to manage parts flow.
- Ensure all department personnel are adhering to company policies and procedures. Complete safety, productivity, and policy reports regularly.
- Prioritize work schedules and manage work floor personnel to include enforcement of the attendance policy.
- Interact directly with workshop floor employees by setting clear expectations to inspire, motivate, coach and develop the team.
- Serve as a resource for shop floor personnel by managing conflicts and performance, recognizing achievement, providing feedback and administering progressive discipline procedures.

Work History:

Accounting and Finance Supervisor

FUNCTION: Accounting and Finance

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting operations across AP/AR, cash management, and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SGC procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions and review complex financial documents, including payment requests, invoices, and POs.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, petty cash, advances, and expense settlements for all departments.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports,
- Support strategic financial planning, including annual budgets, budget revisions, cash flow forecasting, and expenditure tracking, providing insights and variance analysis for management.
- Ensure strict compliance with SGC financial policies, internal controls, SOPs, and Cambodian accounting and tax regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documentation.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop finance staff, including Finance Supervisors, accountants, and other team members.
- Collaborate with procurement, HR, and operations to ensure accurate budgeting, reporting, and financial documentation.
- Drive improvements in financial workflows, SOPs, accounting systems, and reporting accuracy.
- Provide strategic recommendations and financial insights to support decision-making by the Financial Controller or Finance Manager and senior management.

- Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, and tender processes.
- Evaluate supplier quotations and recommend the best value based on quality, price, delivery, and compliance.
