MEP Technician
- Equipment Operation and Routine Maintenance
- Responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, and servicing of the campus electrical system, including:
- 1000KVA and 630KVA transformers;
- 1400KVA diesel backup generator;
- Distribution panels, wiring, switches, outlets, and related components.
- Regularly check and maintain the central air-conditioning system, including:
- 550KW Gree inverter centrifugal water-cooled chiller system;
- Terminal units and cooling tower performance.
- Ensure proper functioning of the swimming pool water purification system, including pumps and filtration units.
- Maintain well water purification systems for domestic use and drinking water, ensuring water quality meets safety standards.
- Assist in the installation, wiring, and commissioning of new electrical or mechanical equipment on campus.
- Responsible for maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, including stoves, range hoods, water heaters, dishwashers, etc., ensuring safe and stable operation.
- Plumbing and Sanitation System Maintenance
- Inspect and repair campus plumbing systems, including water supply lines, taps, valves, and storage tanks.
- Ensure the drainage systems in toilets, restrooms, and kitchens are functioning properly; regularly unclog pipes and address odor or blockage issues.
- Handle sewage system issues and assist in coordinating with third-party waste removal services when needed.
- Daily Inspection and Repair Handling
- Conduct scheduled inspections and complete maintenance logs and operational records.
- Respond promptly to electrical or plumbing repair requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments (security, housekeeping, administration) to ensure smooth school operations.
- Other Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of spare parts and materials, and raise purchase requests as needed. Coordinating with outside repairer regarding major repairs of MEP systems;
- Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising functionality or quality. Evaluate design alternatives, specifications, and construction methods to achieve cost savings while meeting project requirements.
- Interact with project manager for clarification in architectural.
- Support the campus in handling emergency incidents such as power outages, leaks, and low water pressure.
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or above; possession of a valid electrician license/certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical and plumbing installation and maintenance.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and independently carry out wiring and troubleshooting. Have strong installation and maintenance skills and ability to control the quality and cost;
- Have good oral and written English; Knowing Chinese Mandarin is an advantage;
- Have good interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills;
- Be flexible, honest, hand-on, reliable, and be able to work under the pressure;

Admin & Operation Officer
- Manage office and school supplies, equipment, inventory, and furniture installation.
- Liaison with the vendor on the daily cleaning and regular deep clean to ensure they are done with high quality and hygience standards
- Liaison with the MEP team and/or facility manager to make sure maintenance and repairs work are completed timely with good quality.
- Ensure all utility services (e.g., electricity, water, solid waste disposal, garbage collection, etc.) are in place, and take prompt action to identify and resolve any service disruptions or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to allocate resources effectively, support seamless project execution, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure timely purchase requisitions to maintain adequate stock, supporting uninterrupted teaching and learning operations through managing the inventory system.
- Provide support on administration work to ensure all the school events are well-setup (i.e cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene, and resource assigned on the date)
- Coordinate daily schedules for drivers, ensuring timely transport services, resource allocation and work efficiency.
- Ensure security personnel follow company protocols and maintain a safe workplace. Liaison with the security personnel on any emergency response plan.
- Facilitate E-visa applications, Extension visa, air ticket for foreign employees.
- Coordinate hotel and accommodation bookings for visiting staff and guests.
- In charge of the relocation matters of expatriate staff, include but not limit to arranging the airport pickups, transportation, and local assistance.
- Ensure compliance with immigration and labor regulations.
- Assist the Line Manager and Head of HR & Administration in identifying unnecessary expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate records and generate insightful reports for senior management.
- Verify administrative expenses and ensure the timely settlement to avoid any penalty and manage petty cash of Administration department.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related subject from a recognised university
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in administration, operation management in a large complex organization in Cambodia.

Laboratory Technician
To provide effective technical support in the science laboratories at RGSPP, enabling high-quality teaching and learning across all science subjects. The Lab Technician will ensure that all equipment, resources, and spaces are safe, organised, and well maintained for both students and staff.
- Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and clear away equipment, materials, and chemicals for practical science lessons and demonstrations.
- Clean and maintain all laboratory apparatus and resources, including regular checks of fume cupboards, sinks, drawers, and specialist equipment.
- Prepare stock solutions and manage the safe storage, replenishment, and disposal of chemicals and materials according to best practice and health & safety guidelines.
- Maintain, supervise, and care for plants, animals, aquaria, vivaria, and any ongoing biological experiments or displays.
- Unpack, check, and store deliveries of scientific supplies and equipment; update inventory and stock records as required.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with ordering of resources to maintain efficient laboratory operations.
- Carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment and apparatus.
- Construct or adapt simple models or equipment to support science teaching.
- Support the set-up of special activities, science fairs, or school events involving science practicals.
- Proactively identify and report health and safety hazards; take reasonable action to remove risks, and ensure safe working practices for all users of the laboratories.
- Support the safe and effective running of lessons, providing assistance to teachers and students as appropriate.

PE Teacher cum Lifeguard
The Lifeguard & PE Teacher is a dual-role position responsible for ensuring the safety of students during aquatic activities and delivering engaging, age-appropriate physical education lessons across the K–12 curriculum. The role supports the school’s mission to promote health, fitness, and student well-being in a safe and inclusive environment.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend duties for events
- Lifeguard Duties
- Supervise students during swimming classes, extracurricular activities, and events.
- Enforce pool safety rules and respond swiftly to emergencies.
- Conduct daily safety checks of pool facilities and equipment.
- Administer first aid, CPR, or emergency care as needed.
