MEP Site Manager (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is for Construction Project at Koh Kong Province

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage current scope of MEP System-building, Lead of warranty team and lead team site infrastructure facility
  • Manage construction progress, sub-contractor, engineering work’s procedure (drawing, material, and tools)
  • Take apart of budgeting control and managing the wastage in construction work
  • Take apart of contract procedure with all sub-contractors
  • Prepare and manage MEP construction’s schedule to align with civil construction and do report properly.
  • Work relation and coordination both internal and external team and especially with line manager such as Civil Construction manager, QS manager, Procurement Manager, HR and Admin Manager, and Finance Manager etc.
  • Day to day aliasing with sub-contractor and push up site installation work.
  • Make material Purchase request and Site issue document
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report to management
  • Manage team members and build up spirit team to perform a good job.
  • Prepare and manage progress claim of supplier to QS team.
  • Strictly conduct in part of QA&QC work procedure and HSE on site
  • Find and set scope for MEP Contractor
  • Oversea on MEP construction procedure and Engineering’s Procedure As-built work and Handing Over procedure
  • Perform other tasks as required by the head of department.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of MEP systems
  • Experience in construction or construction control
  • Proficiency in specialized software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project
  • Fluency in English is preferred (Chinese is an optional)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, sociability, and cooperation
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team as required by the situation

MEP Site Engineer (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is for Construction Project at Koh Kong Province

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Review drawing refer to the building specification.
  • Material inspection (MIR).
  • Site Inspection (WIR).
  • Coordinate to fix the problem with Main Contractor.
  • Submitted the daily and weekly reported, RFI, FI, NCR, Remaining
  • Outstanding work, T&C reported, Punch List and progress
  • Inspection Testing and commissioning work.
  • Review the progress claim from Main Contractor
  • Arrange meeting with Main contractor
  • Inspection Hangover Work
  • FAT testing
  • Perform other tasks as required by the head of department.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in electrical and electronics
  • 3+ years-experience in construction/site environment. Including main contractor works Understanding of MEP systems
  • Degree qualified in engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Intermediate time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes on occasion
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collate materials into a template report
  • Proficiency in specialized software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project
  • Team player and able to adapt to changes within the construction process
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred (Chinese is an optional)

HR and Admin Supervisor (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is for Construction Project at Koh Kong Province

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Monitor the HR record management to ensure compliance with the HR Records Retention Policy and other applicable legal and organizational requirements
  • Develop and maintain HR and administrative policies and internal rules and regulations by recommending and implementing process enhancements and administrative procedures
  • Lead in preparing Job Description, Requirement and Vacancy Announcement.
  • Coordinate over staff recruitment, selection and new staff orientation
  • Oversee the performance of team members and offer them guidance, soft skill training, and other types of assistance
  • Manage personal records of employees and prepare associated management reports
  • Draft and maintain HR employee records—personnel files, control methods, salary increase plans—and make sure the filling system is efficient and up-to-date
  • Assess work performance, assign and distribute the workload, and submit performance results to superiors
  • Lead over staff ID’s card issuing and Attendance Management (staff OT, Mission and leave records)
  • Audit the scanning and data integrity of the document management system to ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Enhance the HR development systems and initiatives by planning, recommending, and implementing more efficient processes
  • Perform other tasks as required by the head of department.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar skill.
  • At least 2 years related work experience in construction sector.
  • Must be able to use Office software packages (Word, Excel, Power Point. etc.)
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (English is an optional).
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and wide understanding on social issued.
  • Able to pay attention to detail, write clear, concise and objectively based.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
  • Good at presentation skills and able to work independently.
  • Applicants submitted with Study Records/Transcripts are highly prioritized.
