Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret trade-related plans, blueprints, technical specifications, and electrical/mechanical schematics to ensure accurate implementation
- Oversee on-site construction procedures and practices, ensuring all work meets engineering standards and project requirements.
- Maintain outstanding communication with contractors, site managers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution
- Monitor MEP installations to ensure compliance with design prints and safety regulations
- Utilize computer literacy to maintain project records, update technical drawings, and prepare progress reports
- Apply strong organizational abilities to manage tools, materials, and schedules effectively on the job site

Languages:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Work History:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of practical experience in MEP engineering or a related construction role for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:

- Working familiarity with trade-related plans, prints, specifications, and schematics
- Construction procedures and practices
- Computer literate
- Have outstanding organizational and communication abilities
- Proven familiarity with engineering prints, schematics, and construction practices

Admin Officer
Position Circumstances

- Salary: $250 - $350 Negotiable
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and language proficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors professionally and directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems) and coordinate with technicians for repairs as needed
- Proactively monitor, order, and organize office supplies to ensure the team has the necessary tools to remain productive
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, manage meeting room bookings, and assist in organizing the executive calendar
- Handle incoming calls, manage general email inquiries, and coordinate mail and courier services
- Maintain an organized filing system (both digital and physical) and assist with basic documentation to support the wider team

Qualifications:
