Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Regular field visit as the call plan provided by Medical Supervisor / Manager
- Promote company products and services to existed customers (doctors, hospitals and clinics) and obtain new accounts in the assigned territory.
- Acquire and show a deep of products knowledge to convince customers of products benefit.
- Keep good relationship and develop for long term with all doctors in your own areas.
- Keep reporting on customers’ feedback, markets development and competitors’ activities survey.
- Committed to achieve the personal sales target that provided by the company.
- Submitted the basic reports (Weekly, Monthly, and Working plan) on time to Principle.
- Will be assisted other tasks as required by the top management.
- Good Communication and relation with customer
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or other
- Good Writing and Speaking English
- Honest and willing to learn new knowledge and skills
- Man and woman, age 18-40 years
- Team work and be flexible
Product Executive/Product Manager
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance, find the real roots causes and design appropriate marketing activities to grow the given products
- Provide training to field forces team in a regular basis
- Lead in implementing activities in the field
- Visit key customers and engage stakeholders in key projects
- Prepare proposal and budget for each activity
- Grow the key brands and gain market share over competitors
- Understand market intelligence and launch new products
- Prepare performance reports and plan to discuss with management
- Develop promotional materials to support key brands
- Assignments from line managers and management
- Male or female age 20-35
- Hold bachelor’s degree or masters. Medical doctor or pharmacist are more preferred
- Good communication in both English and Khmer
- Experienced with pharma companies at least 1 year
- Be able to work as a team and travel to provinces if required
- Good presentation skill and public speaking
- Flexible working and result oriented
- Be honest and patient
