- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and medical facilities to promote our products effectively.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and usage.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and forecast sales projections accurately.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network and stay updated on industry developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare regulations, and medical terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
