- Educate the market about our product selling point and make awareness to our products in defined channels.
- Maintain the existing doctors/lab/clinics/hospital to keep using and order from the company.
- Add new user/doctors/lab/clinic/hospital as our market by doing marketing activities.
- Daily visit to doctor /lab/clinic/hospital to promote the product and maintain relationship.
- Prepare and discuss weekly and monthly call doctors with superior to identify the target doctors, potency of each doctors and status of each target doctors.
- Monitor product promotion activities by observing the market in order to evaluate the effective work process.
- Collaborate with PM/PE, plan and implement promotional strategies and activities in line with the assigned product.
- Coordinate with Sale Representative to increase our share in outlet and settle payment, account receivables, and stock in order build good company image.
- Help build a favorable company image and brand awareness of the company within the assigned territory particularly to hospital and doctors.
- Maintain effective coordination with superior to evaluate target achievement and effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Coordinate with supply chain about the availability of stock that has to prepare in warehouse based on the sales forecast and customer behavior.
- Plan and survey competitor activities at the hospital, clinics, doctors and pharmacy and discuss the result with the superior to define future action plan.
- Plan and survey doctor prescription habit by visiting pharmacy or hospital.
- Update product knowledge and market knowledge for effective sales presentation to doctors.

District Sales Manager
Location: Phnom Penh / Province
- Manage trade coverage and develop sales and distribution of products
- Supervise medical representative team and manage their performance and discipline
- Set monthly sales target and KPI to push sales performance according to sales plan
- Train and coach medical representative to ensure high performance and professionalism
- Monitor closely and follow up on sales and distribution trend of medical representative and key customers
- Implement marketing activity and follow up on progress with medical representative team
- Keep an open communication with marketing and counterparts in order to integrate marketing promotions to sales
- Do regular market visit to keep track of customer needs and to get market information and competitor activity feedback
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key customers for sales and distribution opportunity
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Department about the availability stock that has to prepare in warehouse based on the sales forecast and customer behavior
- Male or Female
- Graduate of any Business and/or Pharmacy or equivalent from a reputable university.
- MA degree in an advantage
- Have minimum 3 years as Sales Supervisor or Team Leader in related field and showed proven track performance/achievement
- Preferably 1-3 yrs experienced employees specializing in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent
- Preferably have experience in ethical product
- Excellent relationship with customer and have good communication skills
- Results oriented, team spirit and leadership skills
- Patient and flexible, honest and hardworking
- Willing to be placed or assigned at Provinces
- Good command of spoken and written English; computer skill
