Please note that this is a results-based TOR and therefore payment is based upon successful completion of deliverables – accepted and approved.

Additional support required to undertake this consultancy needs to be built into the consultancy deliverable costs submitted – this may include language translators, English editing, additional research support and any others. Payment and management of additional support is the sole responsibility of the consultant.
