Mechanical Designers
Position Circumstances

Native Khmer speakers only.
The position is to provide technical support for our Phnom Penh, Cambodia office. The position requires demonstrated engineering and design competency, preferably in a consulting environment, and with heavy industrial engineering projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Apply client and Orbital drafting standards with respect to borders, title blocks, layering, lettering/text style and line weight
- Incorporate redlines into AutoCAD drawings
- Prepare construction drawings based on sketches or concepts generated by senior designers or project engineers
- Prepare transmittals for deliverable package issuance

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in emphasis in industrial drafting/design
Work History:
- Prior professional experience for 5 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and schematics
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Be able to work one of these software applications: Plant 3D, Microstation, OpenPlant, SmartPlant3D or CADWorx is a plus.
- Understanding of piping and mechanical equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers and tanks
- Exposure to the Metals, Midstream Oil & Gas, Refineries & Petrochemical and/or Power Generation industries
- Written and spoken English ability at a professional and technical level
