Duties & Responsibilities:
- Give instruction to all mechanics for daily smooth and effective work.
- Assign work to all subordinate in accordance with the actual work.
- Check and follow up the activities of all subordinate to make sure all tasks given be done.
- Evaluate under supervision staff for probation or performance appraisal accurately & fairly.
- Help chief of workshop to issue I.R for P.R of material & Spare part for machineries & vehicles.
- Participant to work group members for checking or repairing of the machineries or vehicles.
- Maintain and repair machineries, vehicles and other machine were broken down to make sure they can run well for operation work.
- Help to teach all members in group for mechanic technical & perform safety work.
- Help to teach for the operator to understand the machineries technical work system.
- Report for daily work and submit to chief of workshop for checking accordingly.
- Inform any unusual or problem to chief of workshop on time for take action on time.
- Other tasks as assigned by the chief of workshop and HR & Admin Manager.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Work History:
- At least experience in mechanical skills for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Technical Certificate Completed Bacc II (Pass/Fail) or related field.
- Able to use computer – Knowledge in SAP is preferred.
Soft Skills
- Patient, flexible, integrity, honest & trustworthy, fast learner and team work.
- Be able stay and work in rural area.
