MEAL Coordinator
Position Circumstances

Supervises: MEAL Officers, Data Collection Officers & Volunteers
Field Travel: Approximately 50%
The position is to strengthen our Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning systems and help turn data into learning, learning into better decisions, and better decisions into transformed lives and thriving communities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and strengthen FOH's organizational MEAL/M&E system
- Oversee data collection, analysis, DQAs, evaluations & field verification
- Strengthen community feedback and complaints-response mechanisms
- Facilitate quarterly reflection, learning & program reviews
- Document lessons learned, case studies, success stories & transformation stories
- Strengthen digital data collection using Kobo Toolbox
- Develop Excel dashboards, visual reports & data presentations
- Train, mentor and coach MEAL staff, program teams & field volunteers
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in M&E, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field
Work History:
- Relevant MEAL/M&E experience for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- NGO, development, or Christian organization experience preferred
- Strong skills in Kobo Toolbox, Excel, data management & data visualization
- Strong analytical, communication, reporting and organizational skills
Soft Skills
- Ability to lead, mentor and build team capacity
- Willingness to travel regularly to FOH field locations
- Commitment to Christian values, servant leadership, integrity, accountability and holistic transformation
