Position Summary

Report to: Marketing & Communications Manager

Objectives:

The Marketing Supervisor plays a significant role in driving the company's marketing strategy and execution. He/she is responsible for overseeing the digital and PR unit of marketing and communications department, managing social media platforms, PR and events, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing results.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Overall Responsibilities
  • Asist marketing and communications manager to develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Supervise the daily operations of the digital marketing and PR unit, ensuring smooth workflow and project completion.
  • Manage and assign the tasks to marketing team members, providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Recruit, hire, and train digital marketing and PR staff.
  • Record and track all marketing budget spend to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategic plans to align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Manage all AUPP’s social media platforms including websites.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies by working closely with web developers to improve the performance of AUPP’s website.
  • Manage to reply to all comments and messages from all social media platforms to get leads
  • Produce and manage monthly social media calendar.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across social media channels, follow up the campaigns and report the results.
  • Run social media advertising campaigns/ads to reach new audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., follower, reach, engagement, lead generations) and report on results.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., admission, student affair, HR, IT…) to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Public Relations & Event Management:
  • Organize and lead all recruitment events both internally and externally.
  • Supervise the development and implementation of event marketing materials including slide presentations, printed materials, booth…
  • Coordinate all speakers/presenters to let them inform in advance of the events.
  • Manage the event logistics, including scheduling, permits, transportation, and staffing.
  • Making relationships with key influencers or student ambassadors to produce content.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
  • Conduct media relations activities to secure positive media coverage in relevant publications and broadcast outlets.
  • Analyze PR campaign performance and measure the impact on brand awareness and reputation.

Position Summary

Supervisor: Marketing and Communications Manager

Description: A Marketing and Website Officer is responsible for assisting the marketing operations of an organization, creating visually engaging graphics for websites, portals, and digital platforms, promoting the company's goods and services to the public market and increasing brand popularity on digital media platforms. The officer will also be required to support the Marketing & Communications team in designing advertisement campaigns, daily operations, digital content, and other marketing materials to improve customer awareness. He/She also identifies new business opportunities by analyzing current industry trends and consumer demands, driving more revenue resources to the business, and increasing profits.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • UI/UX and Website Design:
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly website interfaces.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups for website projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user and business requirements.
  • Ensure all designs follow the organization's branding guidelines and provide a consistent user experience.

Description: The Partnerships & Business Development Coordinator converts domestic partnership opportunities into completed projects and measurable deliverables that strengthen AUPP’s brand, expand market visibility, support student recruitment, and contribute to enrollment growth. The role identifies, develops, coordinates, and tracks partnerships with companies, government agencies, NGOs, professional associations, and community organizations. It works across Partnerships & Engagement, Marketing & Communications, Admissions & Recruitment, Legal and Secretariat, academic units, and other departments to ensure each initiative has a clear strategic purpose, defined audience, deliverables, timeline, owner, and measurable benefit.

This is a delivery-focused coordination role. Success is measured not only by the number of relationships developed, but by the quality, timeliness, and strategic value of the projects produced through those relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities with companies, government agencies, NGOs, professional associations, and community organizations.
  • Turn partnership discussions into clear proposals and projects with objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, owners, and success measures.
  • Coordinate agreements, approvals, and internal handovers so approved initiatives move promptly into implementation.
  • Coordinate assigned projects from planning through completion, including meetings, task tracking, documentation, deadlines, follow-up, and issue escalation.

Executive Assistant to the President

Description:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and communication support to the President, and additional support to the senior management team. The position manages executive calendars and scheduling systems, prepares correspondence and reporting issued by the Office of the President, and serves as a professional point of contact for the Office with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Calendar and Scheduling
  • Manage the President’s calendar and coordinate scheduling across the three executive offices.
  • Administer Calendly and Microsoft Bookings: booking pages, meeting types, buffers, and availability rules so that routine scheduling is handled without executive involvement.
  • Maintain shared calendars, including permissions, delegate access, and calendar conventions.
  • Screen and prioritize requests for the President’s time, redirecting matters to the appropriate office where suitable.
  • Coordinate multi-party meetings across time zones and institutions.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodation, and travel documentation.
  • Executive Communication
  • Draft and finalize correspondence, memoranda, briefing notes, talking points, and remarks for the President in executive-level English.
  • Prepare Khmer-language correspondence and provide Khmer–English–Khmer translation and interpretation as required.
  • Manage the President’s inbox: prepare draft responses, route items to the appropriate office, and ensure timely follow-up.

The Librarian Assistant is responsible for managing and developing the library’s collections, providing high-quality reference and circulation services, and ensuring effective day-to-day library operations. This position requires strong technical skills, particularly in the Koha Integrated Library System (ILS), and an academic background in Information Technology or a related field to support the library’s digital and system-based functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collection Management & Cataloging
  • Maintain a comprehensive, current, and curriculum-supportive library collection.
  • Catalog and classify library materials in the Koha Integrated Library System (ILS) according to international cataloging standards.
  • Oversee collection development, including the evaluation, selection, and ordering of new materials.
  • Ensure proper labeling, repair, and preservation of library materials to support longevity of the collection.
  • Circulation & Reference Services
  • Supervise day-to-day circulation operations to ensure quality service delivery for all library users.
  • Assist users in locating reference and leisure reading materials.
