A Marketing Supervisor of AUPP Liger Leadership Academy implements effective plan – supporting the marketing & admissions strategies to drive student enrollment, maintain brand identity, and promote school activities to diverse communities. The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for digital marketing, market research, producing promotional materials, event management, and ensuring cohesive branding to achieve student recruitment targets.
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing and communications plans, including setting budgets and KPIs (key performance indicators) to increase school enrollment.
- Digital & Content Management: Maintain the school website, app, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to engage families, and manage online advertising (SEO/SEM).
- Brand Management: Act as the "brand guardian" to ensure all correspondence, brochures, and promotional materials follow institutional guidelines.
- Event Coordination: Plan and host marketing events, such as school open days, campus tours, and promotional fairs.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and produce reports on campaign performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Admissions team to align marketing efforts with student intake goals and coordinate with senior leadership.

- English - Fluent is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, and event planning, often preferred within an educational establishment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, often requiring proficiency in English and Khmer. An ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in social media management, content management systems (CMS), and data analytics tools.
- Creative thinking, strong interpersonal skills for networking, and ability to manage multiple projects.
