The Marketing Supervisor leads the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels, brand campaigns, and customer-facing product events. This role plays a critical part in building strong supplier relationships, securing marketing sponsorships, and organizing product and chef demonstration events to promote the company’s brands and products to customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Oversee content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking across all social channels.
- Analyze digital metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with creative teams or agencies to produce on-brand digital content.
- Monitor competitor activity and digital trends to identify new opportunities.
- Brand & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and sales targets.
- Coordinate promotions, product launches, and in-store/trade activations with the sales team.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Manage production of marketing collateral including flyers, banners, POSM, and digital assets.
- Track campaign effectiveness and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
- Customer Event & Product Demonstration Coordination
- Coordinate and organize product demonstration events and chef demo sessions to showcase products to customers during supplier visits or customer engagement activities.
- Work closely with suppliers and brand representatives to plan demo content, select featured products, and prepare demonstration materials.
- Liaise with chefs, product specialists, or supplier representatives to ensure demonstrations are well-prepared, professional, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Arrange logistics for demo events including venue setup, product samples, cooking equipment, and branded materials.
- Invite and manage customer attendance, ensuring the right audience is engaged for each event.
- Capture event content (photos, videos) for use in social media and marketing follow-up.
- Collect customer feedback after each demo event and report on outcomes and sales leads generated.
- Supplier Relationship & Sponsorship Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and brand principals.
- Proactively coordinate with suppliers to request marketing champion sponsorships and co-marketing budgets.
- Prepare sponsorship proposals and secure promotional support for marketing activities and demo events.
- Track and report on utilization of all supplier-funded marketing budgets.
- Ensure compliance with supplier requirements for all funded marketing activities.
- Reporting & Planning
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports covering campaign performance, event outcomes, and KPIs.
- Support the annual marketing planning and budget allocation process.
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to align marketing with revenue targets.
- Maintain records of all supplier sponsorship commitments and marketing expenditures.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Work History:
- Marketing in FMCG, distribution for 2 to 3 years is preferred
