Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the company’s culture, mission and values.
- Promoting the Liberty Carz brand to the market.
- Collaborating effectively with associated media agencies and third parties.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports and campaigns.
- Implementing new marketing and advertising plans.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Monitor owned, earned and paid media results.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the automotive industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Communication Executive

Employment Condition Permanent employee after three (3) months’ probation
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting to translate on document, verbal, meeting, (Chinese, Vietnam, English, Khmer)
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
- Creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
- Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, donors, Foundation staff, and others, on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately, having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the president updated.
- Works with a team from other departments to prepare quarterly and annual reports
- Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO’s outreach activities. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships.
- Develop and execute the company’s corporate communications strategies that we will enhance our corporate image
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with media representatives as well as identify opportunities to raise our corporate image through such relationships.
- Bachelor degree in related field
- At least 3 to 5 years
- Fluently Chinese & Vietnam & English, translate as verbal and document.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good communication and leadership
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet research).
- Exhibits integrity, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality.
