- Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement the annual marketing and sales strategies for the school.
- Design and lead sales and marketing campaigns to meet enrollment targets and overall revenue goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and improve the school’s offerings.
- Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead, train, and motivate the marketing and sales teams, including the Front Desk team.
- Create and execute daily sales and promotional activity plans, such as direct sales and telesales efforts.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and evaluation to ensure targets are met.
- Content Creation & Communication:
- Create engaging content for the school’s social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) and marketing materials (leaflets, flyers, banners).
- Develop content for media publications, including press releases and TV/radio interviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets (TV, online news, newspapers).
- Foster positive relationships with prospective students, parents, and the broader community to promote the school’s programs.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (academic and administrative teams) and external partners.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, collecting feedback, and continually improving services.
- Reporting & Data Management:
- Prepare detailed reports on sales, marketing activities, and progress towards goals.
- Regularly report to the Campus Director and School Director on the status of marketing and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer data, inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least of experience in marketing and sales for 3 years
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Accounting Manager

Salary range: Competitive Salary
- Expense Management: Process Petty Cash (PC) and Payment Voucher (PV) transactions, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Monitor approval workflows and submit reports to the Board of Directors (BoD). Upload receipts into the iBanking system and review monthly food, bus, uniform, and stationery usage.
- Tax Filing: Prepare and submit monthly tax declarations, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Banking Transactions: Conduct banking activities, ensuring proper documentation of deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchanges.
- Financial Closing: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Prepare monthly cash flow reports and present them to BoD.
- Collaboration with Auditors: Work with external auditors during the annual audit, providing required documentation and supporting reports.
- Event Support: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and payment processing for school events.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with the Ontario Accounting Policy, safeguard financial documents, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Parent/Guardian Communication: Review and approve invoices for compliance, and address billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Khmer - Fluent is preferred
- English - Fluent is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CAT or ACCA encouraged.
- Accounting or financial management, ideally in an educational setting. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, iBanking) for 5 years as a minimum
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax regulations, and budgeting in educational institutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial software.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Khmer is preferred.
- Leadership: Ability to manage financial operations and lead a team.
- Professionalism: High integrity and flexibility to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
