The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction across all distribution channels. This role oversees the Marketing Department and ensures alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Marketing Supervisor and their team to achieve departmental goals.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Market Research
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Budget Management
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Campaign Execution
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, digital content, and booth activations.
- Performance Evaluation
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Other
- Other tasks will be assigned by CEO.
- Authority and Communication
- Authority to approve marketing strategies, budgets, and campaigns within delegated limits.
- Communicates with the CEO, Sales Department, Distribution Teams, and external vendors.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Khmer is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's Degree is preferred
Work History:
- Experience in marketing management, preferably in FMCG or related industries for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Proven success in leading teams and executing high-impact marketing campaigns is essential.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Khmer is highly preferred.
- A deep understanding of FMCG marketing strategies, branding principles, and distribution channels is essential. Familiarity with Cambodia’s market dynamics and consumer behavior is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms is preferred. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and campaign analytics is a plus.

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical thinking skills are required to guide the team and align marketing efforts with organizational goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for cross-department collaboration.
