Position Summary

A Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote a company’s products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth. This role involves both creative and analytical skills to plan campaigns, manage budgets, and measure performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Tik Tok) to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Create and schedule products content including posts, videos, stories, and all social media.
  • Monitor online engagement, respond to user inquiries and track performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for marketing projects.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and company standards.
  • Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in marketing or a supervisory role for 3 to 5 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
  • Good at Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Fluency in English and knowledgeable in Chinese is a plus.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and analyzing skills.

Sales Executive

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Product: Indoor LED Lighting

Gender: male/female

Working from Monday – Saturday (Half Day)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Outdoor daily sales activities.
  • Arrange the schedule and meeting appointment for product presentation to prospective clients and clients.
  • Weekly Sales and Activity Report to line manager.
  • Promote company’s products to the market.
  • Follow up business opportunities and maintain good business relation with new and existing customers.
  • Sales report to line manager
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

  • Good command of English or Chinese is a bonus.
  • Able to travel to provinces with a sudden notice and conduct business survey around the country.

Purchasing Officer

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Working from Monday – Saturday (Half Day)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identifying more suppliers (local and oversea) based on the purchase requirements.
  • Evaluate and select the suppliers based on reliability, quality, and cost.
  • Negotiate the price and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Conduct the detailed cost analysis of imported goods, including logistics and taxes.
  • Prepare Purchase Order and ensure the payment are made on time.
  • Ensure accuracy of every order in detail such as specifications quantities, and delivery schedule.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics companies to ensure the goods are delivered on time.
  • Monitor the shipment schedules and align with logistics planning.
  • Tracking and follow up with Forwarder or Shipment Line.
  • Prepare documents for submission to Customs (Evaluation and Clearance).
  • Prepare supporting documentations for the accounting and engineering departments.
  • Keep record of purchased product and arrange the vendor list.
  • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or other related fields.
Work History:
  • At least experiences in procurement filed for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Basic knowledge on electrical and mechanical equipment, spare parts and accessories.
  • Knowledgeable in logistics, clearance process and international incoterms.
  • Good at Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Fluency in English and knowledgeable in Chinese is a plus.

Sales Engineer

Working from Monday – Saturday (Half Day)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Understand the products and their key features and prepare the necessary materials for presentation.
  • Present the company’s products to prospective clients and clients.
  • Actively work with engineering teams to ensure that the technical design meet the customer’s requirements.
  • Communicate with sales team to understand client’s demands and offer sales support when it is necessary.
  • Offer the technical solutions to customer’s inquiries.
  • Issue the quotation and prepare the sales reports on a weekly basis.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.
