Duties
  • Adapt artwork and monitor reports for above-the-line activities
  • Develop, implement and monitor performance of marketing activities by product brands and category
  • Develop effective and high quality marketing materials based on Regional templates and adapting them into versions suitable to local market requirements
  • Ensure that Jotun corporate identity is implemented in accordance to corporate guidelines
  • Assist Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing activities to a high standard
  • Manage stock level- and distribution of marketing materials
  • Monitor competitor activities and performance with periodic update to Marketing Manager on findings and insights
  • Develop and implement Jotun’s shop concept nationwide to make sure Jotun continues to give our customers the best shopper experience – by inspiring the customers, helping them to make good choices in colour selection and selecting the right paint quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a Marketing role. Additional experience in trade marketing or visual merchandising would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills and proficient in English
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage.
  • Occasional travel to province and overseas
  • Process valid driving license and own transport

This position will join our Customer Service Team

Duties
  • Provide customer service support to her superior by assisting in her daily activities and responsible to coordinate with other related department or function to ensure customer orders are handled as per request and on time in full delivered to meet customer’s satisfaction.
  • Working with transporter to ensure sufficient transport for delivery to customer ontime
  • Monitor and analysis on transport cost
  • Monitoring and Transporter On Time Delivery
  • Handle customer Complaint to ensure complaint are received and handled in a systematic, efficient and responsible manner.
  • Co-ordinate the monthly forecast by compiling information from customer order, product delivery, sale department or other related department for order replenishment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service role. Additional experience in Local Law and regulation of importing in a related industry and accounting would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills and proficient in English
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Advance Excel is an advantage.
  • Problem solving and able to work under pressure
