Marketing Executive (1 Position)

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in growing brand awareness and user engagement for our EV charging network in Cambodia. This role focuses on managing the company’s social media channels, engaging with registered users and fleet partners, and supporting marketing activities that promote electric mobility.
The ideal candidate is creative, hands-on and passionate about sustainability and technology. You will work closely with the General Manager to plan and execute digital and on-the-ground marketing initiatives that strengthen our presence in the Cambodian market.
- Digital and Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Tik Tok) to increase awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote EV charging services.
- Create and schedule content including posts, videos and stories that highlight user experiences and new locations.
- Optimize SEO to improve online discoverability of company’s services.
- Monitor online engagement, respond to user inquiries and track performance metrics.
- Work with Singapore headquarter to localize brand messages for the Cambodian market.
- Customer and Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain strong communication with existing registered users and fleet partners.
- Develop initiatives to improve user retention and encourage repeat usage.
- Collect feedback and insights from users to improve services and customer experience.
- Support relationship-building efforts with corporate fleets and mobility partners.
- Event Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of local marketing events, such as charging station launches and partnership programmes.
- Prepare marketing materials (flyers, banners, digital posters) for both online and offline promotion.
- Assist in logistics, registration and customer engagement during events.
- Represent the company at networking events and fairs.
- Branding and Communication
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop localized marketing collateral and promotional content aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Highlight success stories, milestones and partnerships through creative storytelling and digital content.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on key marketing metrics including digital engagement, user feedback and campaign results.
- Provide monthly updates and insights to management to guide future marketing activities.
- Perform other tasks as reasonably instructed by management.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is preferred
- Marketing Executive for 3 to 5 years is required
- Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing tools and trends.
- Proficiency in content creation (copywriting, photography, or basic design using Canva or similar tools).
- Creative, organized and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong, interpersonal and networking skills with organizations and partners.
- Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
