We are looking for an organized and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work directly under our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), managing the daily operations of the marketing department.
This is a unique opportunity for a fresh graduate or junior professional to gain practical experience and learn how to build professional marketing systems.
- Operations Management: Assist the CMO with calendar management, task tracking, and ensuring the marketing team meets deadlines.
- CRM Organization: Maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Project Coordination: Act as the bridge between the CMO and the design team, ensuring creative briefs are clear and assets are delivered on time.
- Social Media Execution: Schedule and publish posts and advertisements across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Client Communication: Assist in preparing reports and communicating updates to clients in professional English.

Admin & HR Officer

- Support recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Prepare employment contracts, maintain staff files, manage onboarding and exit processes.
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Manage NSSF registration and basic MLVT requirements for local and foreign staff, including staff movement updates, Blue Book, and work permit support.
- Coordinate office operations: supplies, filing, courier submissions, meeting scheduling, and vendor communication.
- Maintain organized digital and physical office and HR documentation.
- Experience in HR and administration.
- Familiar with Cambodian labor requirements (NSSF/MLVT).
